Loose joints were allowing the back of this customer’s chair to flex in use. We carefully dismantled, cleaned and refitted the affected joints, restoring stability while preserving the chair’s original character.

We sourced these cabinets and carefully stripped, sanded and French polished them to reveal the rich walnut grain. Replacement handles were chosen to complement their period and style.

Typical timeframe: We aim for around 2–3 weeks, depending on the restoration required. More involved projects may take longer, and we'll discuss timings before work begins.
